I stayed away from using pressure cookers

I stayed away from using pressure cookers until I was given one of the more modern ones to try out. Today's pressure cooker is easy to use and does a good job of cooking the food. It is a time saver for working families that don't have hours to slow cook foods that need moist heat. There are many brands of pressure cookers on the market today.
